Meeting Chris Skidmore MP #EveryVoiceMatters
I visited the Cabinet Office to take part in a round table discussion about how we can make our democracy more accessible as part of #NationalInclusionWeek.I was delighted to meet Chris Skidmore MP, Minister for the Constitution, who hosted the meeting as part of the Cabinet Office’s call for evidence.
In my role as Mencap Ambassador I am working to support #EveryVoiceMatters. It is very important that all of the people in this country can have a say. Democracy is for everyone.
Please take part in their consultation and share your thoughts on how government can make voting easier for people with all types of disability.
