I play Lucy Craddle a determined and independent young woman is somehow linked to a murder victim. Lucy lives with her loving but over-protective dad Maurice, played by Alan Williams. Maurice’s worries grow after a visit from the police and his discovery of Lucy’s romance with Alfie, played by John-Paul MacLeod.

Detective Inspector Matthew Venn, played by Ben Aldridge, works with his team to unravel the mystery in this four-part series, adapted by Kelly Jones from the best-selling novel The Long Call by Ann Cleeves.
