Call the Midwife episode airs in the US this April

Our episode of Call the Midwife (Season 3, Episode 5) airs in the US on PBS Masterpiece Theatre on the 27th April. The writer, Heidi Thomas, is wonderful at portraying relationships. Having worked together on Upstairs Downstairs, she wrote this episode of Call the Midwife with me in mind.  The story is very good and I am really proud to be in it.

The show also introduces Colin Young, a very talented young actor. We had a great time working together as you can see in this behind-the-scenes photo. The storyline is controversial to some, as this article in UK national newspaper, The Mirror, shows.
